MoMvuzo Farming

Established in 2019, MoMvuzo, Founder Viwe  Mvuzo Monono.

 Living in an agricultural holding's community, farming was not the main focus for our community. Trading was never created around the agricultural environment making it difficult for one to be interested. Rural area's around us were slowly being developed, exposing the lifeless farms with less farming activity. Some neighboring community member started having interest in these farms, pressurizing the farm residents to consider working on their lifeless farms. Realization of food shortage became more of a reason for the area's to remain in active. This was an opportunity for MoMvuzo to have a lead in the agricultural space. 

Mr Viwe Mvuzo Monono in 2019 started gaining knowledge about the industry, by registering the company on CIPC. We accessed relevant machinery(tractor) to tilt the land, parents land, which was not utilized for over 30 years. This gave us leverage as there was not much agricultural activity in the community. Whilst preparing the land with the tractor, we also made progress in the academic side of the farming activity taking place in the farm(Plot 266 4th Street). It became difficult as soon as we couldn't fund the irrigation side of the farming.
